Patients

The patient management area is the core of MedUX. Here you can search, view, and manage patient records.

Patient List

The patient list shows all patients accessible in your current tenant. You can:

• Search for patients by name or other criteria
• Sort and filter the list
• Open a patient's detail view by clicking on their name

Patient Detail

The patient detail view shows comprehensive information about a patient:

• Demographics (name, date of birth, address, contact details)
• Insurance information
• Encounter history
• Clinical data (depending on installed plugins)

Adding a Patient

Click the "Add patient" button to create a new patient record. Fill in the required demographic information and save.

Encounters

Each patient visit is recorded as an encounter. From the patient detail view, you can:

• View past encounters
• Start a new encounter
• Document clinical findings
