Settings¶
MedUX provides a settings page at /settings/ where you can customize
your personal preferences.
How Settings Work¶
MedUX uses a scoped settings system with five priority levels:
- User — your personal preferences (highest priority)
- Device — settings specific to the device you are using
- Group — settings for your user group
- Tenant — practice-wide defaults
- Vendor — system-wide defaults (lowest priority)
Your personal settings override any lower-level defaults. However, a tenant administrator can lock certain settings, preventing you from changing them.
Changing Settings¶
Navigate to the settings page via the user menu. Settings are organized into sections contributed by different plugins. Each section shows the current values with an indication of where they come from (your personal setting, the tenant default, etc.).
